NONPROFIT TALKS FOR THE ADDICTION RECOVERY COMMUNITY

Mcshin logo Time talks

The McShin Foundation is Virginia's leading non-profit, full-service Recovery Community Organization (RCO), committed to serving individuals and families in their fight against Substance Use Disorders. While providing the tools for recovering individuals to create positive lifestyles, they aim to spread the word of recovery and educate families, communities, and government regarding SUDs as well as reduce the stigma attached to them.

As innovative leaders in recovery, the McShin Foundation partners with TIME TALKS and Dr. Michael Time to inspire and empower participants to use the entrepreneurial mindset on their journey of recovery.

NONPROFIT TALKS FOR THE RETURNING CITIZEN & REENTRY COMMUNITY

The Richmond Urban Ministry Institute (RUMI) and Franklin Grove provide transitional housing and supportive services to men and women exiting Virginia's prisons. Returning citizens come to them from prison homeless and are offered opportunities to transition to a life of self-sufficiency. Their staff of counselors, clinicians, substance abuse counselors, and residential counselors provide support and services needed for success. Their recidivism rate is less than 10% and zero percent where clients remain in their mental health program.

As innovative leaders in the returning citizen and reentry community, RUMI and Franklin Grove partner with TIME TALKS and Dr. Michael Time to inspire and empower returning citizens to use the entrepreneurial mindset on their journey of reentry into society.

NONPROFIT TALKS FOR THE COMMUNITY
